* In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation must be uploaded online during the registration process (i.e. approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID).
** Nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and other nearby allied health professionals. A letter of confirmation of your status from the Head of Unit or Institute must accompany and uploaded in the online registration.
*** Low, Lower & Upper-middle income classification as listed and defined according to the World Bank website.
The registration fees include:
- Admission to the scientific sessions
- Certificate of attendance
- Access to the poster area
- Coffee breaks and lunch according to the programme
Group Registration Procedure
The group registration procedure is available for a minimum of 2 participants and must be completed through the Company Area – Group Registration section (available online from October 2027 onwards).
- The early bird registration fee will apply only if payment is received by the Organizing Secretariat no later than 30 June 2027, even if participant names have not been provided yet.
- Between 1 July and 14 September 2027, the regular fee will apply to all group registrations that are not yet paid.
- If payment is not received within the applicable fee deadline, the difference between the originally selected fee and the current applicable fee must be settled before registrations can be processed.
- Participant names must be submitted online, and the group registration must be finalized by 27 September 2027. For any additional names submitted after this deadline, the on-site fee will apply. After 27 September 2027, sponsors who wish to make name changes will be charged a handling fee of € 50.00 (VAT 21% included) per change.
- Please note that only the Delegate fee applies to group registrations. For other registration categories, kindly proceed with individual registration.

Unexpected cancellation of the event or impossibility to hold it
In the unlikely case that RHEUMAPREG 2027 cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, etc) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
